Designed specifically for underground power reticulation networks in urban, industrial, commercial, and utility environments, EUROGULF substations combine high-voltage switchgear (Ring Main Units), oil-immersed or dry-type step-down distribution transformers, and low-voltage switchboards within a unified, fully enclosed compartment housing. Factory-assembled and tested prior to export, our substations eliminate site integration risks, optimize spatial footprints, and simplify field installation.
Integrated Factory-Assembled Compartments
Each EUROGULF Package Substation is structured into three thermally segregated, metal-partitioned compartments designed to maximize operational safety, maintenance convenience, and environmental protection:
- High Voltage Compartment: Outfitted with SF6-insulated or Vacuum Ring Main Units (RMU) featuring breaker/switch-fuse combinations, pressure-relief safety vents, and interlocking mechanisms.
- Transformer Compartment: Houses hermetically sealed oil-immersed distribution transformers or cast resin dry-type transformers engineered for low-loss, high-efficiency operation.
- Low Voltage Compartment: Configured with high-breaking-capacity circuit breakers (ACB/MCCB), busbars, metering instruments, power factor correction, and outgoing feeder protection.
